Account & Billing

How do I create an account? Download our app from the App Store and follow the in-app registration process. Some apps may allow usage without an account.

How do I delete my account? You can delete your account directly from the app settings under “Account” > “Delete Account.” This will permanently remove all your data. Alternatively, contact us at privacy@polymorphical.com to request account deletion.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:

  1. Open Settings on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap “Subscriptions”
  4. Select the Polymorphical app subscription
  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription”

How do I request a refund? All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the purchase and select “Report a Problem”
  4. Follow Apple’s refund request process

Technical Support

The app is crashing or not working properly. What should I do? Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Force quit the app and reopen it
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check for app updates in the App Store
  4. Ensure your iOS is up to date
  5. Delete and reinstall the app (note: this may delete local data)

Why isn’t my data syncing? Ensure that:

  • You’re signed in to the same account on all devices

How do I enable/disable notifications?

  1. Go to iOS Settings
  2. Scroll to the Polymorphical app
  3. Tap “Notifications”
  4. Toggle notifications on or off
